Strong Teams Vs Strong Buildings

1. A Strong team is like a strong building which has been made with correct proportion of cement and Sand. Similarly a strong team should also have a correct proportion of Experienced and newcomers.

2. If the Proportion of cement is less then building is not strong. Similarly when the number of experienced people is less compared to new comers then the team is not strong.

3. If the proportion is cement is excessively more than sand then more heat is generated and building develops cracks Similarly when the proportion of experienced people is more than newcomers then attrition between them increases and hence reduces the strength of the team.

4. No Builder likes to introduce a building material which can break easily similarly No team leader likes to have team members who give up easily and they always like people who loves to win or atleast hate to loose.

5. After some time cement and sand makes such a strong structure that it is difficult to spilt sand from cement. Similarly if the perfect combination of team is kept for sometime then even newcomers become strong enough as experienced and there exists an oppurtunity to create a new team.
